Covid

All our team are fully vaccinated.

By purchasing a ticket the buyer/or the holder agrees to comply with the most up to date government guidelines/mandates for community safety including;

  • QR code check-in via the Check In Tas app

  • Wearing face masks

  • Using hand sanitising stations

  • Preference for cashless payments

You must not come if you feel unwell or display any COVID 19 symptoms prior to a performance. Should this happen you will have the option to exchange for another performance compliant on making this request before 5pm on the day of your booking. If we are unable to offer another performance date then a full refund will be given.


Ticket Sales

By purchasing a ticket the buyer and/or the holder agrees to the following:

  • Comply with the most up to date government guidelines/mandates for community safety.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details are correct at the time of purchase.

  • The ticket may not be exchanged, refunded or returned except in accordance with Australian consumer Law.

  • Tickets purchased from third party resale sites may not gain you entry to an event, as we cannot guarantee that the ticket/s will be valid

  • The right is reserved to vary advertised program and to add, withdraw or substitute artists and content as necessary.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted and change from show to show, check the show website for details.

  • Food and alcohol not purchased at the venue will be refused entry

  • The recording of an event using any device is prohibited unless otherwise advised.

The above terms and conditions are consistent with Australian consumer Law and the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.and their Safe Tix Guide.
